Terms and Conditions
Orders
All chairs are made to order. If orders are changed, for example if new fabrics are requested or if an order is cancelled, the purchaser will be liable for a reasonable charge - if the product is in production. This is usually 25% of the full order cost.
Price quotes will be held for 1 month. New customers are requested to e-mail us for prices, stating what they require with quantities. There may be a delivery charge for small orders - this will be quoted at the time of the enquiry.
Prices
Subject to VAT at 20%.
Delivery
Our standard timescale is normally 1 - 2 weeks. Some products are imported and therefore may take up to 6 weeks. This is specified on the applicable product ranges.
Damaged Goods
Notification is required within 7 days of any damaged goods received, in order for the goods to be replaced.
Payment
Payment in full is required 30 days from date of invoice.
Guarantee
The guarantee for all our products is 5 years on all parts and upholstery unless otherwise stated. Specifications and components may be changed for production or availability reasons. The customer will be notified when they enquire or order.
Title
The goods remain the property of PC Office Chairs until payment is received from the customer in full.
