Orders

All chairs are made to order. If orders are changed i.e. fabric or cancelled, the purchaser will be liable for a reasonable charge if the product is in production - usually 25%.

Prices

Prices quoted on our website are for our regular customers and will stand until changed on the site. If a large order discounted price is quoted this will stand for 3 calendar months. New customers are requested to e-mail for a price applicable to them. There may be a delivery charge for small orders. This will be quoted when you enquire.

Delivery

Normally 1 - 2 weeks. Some products are imported and may take up to 6 weeks.

Damaged Goods

Notification is required within 7 days.

Payment

30 days net from date of invoice.

Guarantee

The guarantee is 5 years on all parts and upholstery, except PC1, PC ST1, PC ST2 - these are guaranteed for 2 years on parts and upholstery.

Title

The goods remain the property of PC Office Chairs until payment is received in full.
